1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Please allow additional days for shipping, especially during peak periods.
  • In case of significant delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or operational challenges, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic - United States of America

  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days | Flat Rate: $ 10.00
  • Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days on orders I $ 12.99

International - 

  • Standard Shipping: 6-27 business days on orders I $12.99

 

Note: Shipping rates may be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your location.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout United States of America, covering all states and territories.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to these select countries: Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the shipping carrier's website to monitor delivery status.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at chiojidrift@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.  ChiŌji Drift® is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a package cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or other factors, it may be returned to our facility. We will endeavor to work with customers to avoid the responsibility for reshipping fees, due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
  • Due to international shipping regulations, some products may not be available for shipping to all countries. We will notify you if an item in your order cannot be shipped to your location.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the order with your order number and photos of the damaged package/items at chiojidrift@gmail.com. We will review the claim and provide instructions for a replacement or refund if applicable.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or weather conditions.
